Default proportion valve ?

hey wats up im doing a ctr converssion on my 99ex coupe and im wondering wat do i need to change in order for the brakes to work properly someone said i need a ctr proportion valve im wondering if this is tru and wat else do i need or if i even need to change anything thanx any help is good help ...

All cars when braked, about 70 percent is in your front brakes, and the remaining 30 percent is the rear. A proprtioning valve meters how much versus front and rear. This also helps keep your brakes from locking up when you hit the pedal. Keep in mind, that your car probably has anti-lock brakes on it, so I'm not familiar how thoses systems work.
