hi guys, just curious if anyone has heard of putting a propane booster in your car kinda like having a nitrous oxide booster. My friend has one in his car which is an ex-police cruiser, he doesnt think its that odd but I think its bizzare.

I didn't think propane injection did anything for gasoline engines, only diesel

 

propane works on gasoline engines too. but its not a booster (poweradder) it surpresses detonation and raise the octane level to like 110 so you can boost more safely on pump gas without adding race gas.

I have heard of propane injection, but mostly in regard to turbo diesel motors. Just curious though, what make and year of the police cruiser?
