I just bought a 93 civic DX coupe. The car wont start up when you turn it with the key, it will crank but wont start up. You can compression start the car and it was start up fine.
I checked all the fuses, switched out the cap, rotor, plugs, and plug wires. I had the starter checked and it works fine.
I was gonna change the coil in the distrubuter but the guy at the auto store told me that the car would not compression start without the coil.
The car was stolen before and the ignition was swtiched out, so i went in there with a multimeter and tested everything to make sure it plugged up right, and that was working fine, so what elses could it be?!?!?!?!
