problems of boring out b16?

I want to bore out my b16 to 84 mm, but would you think that the cumbustion chamber of the head would have to be opened up too? and what head gasket could i use, other than copper... wonder if it would be pricey for the gasket

You would have to bore out your head too so it matches the block, it be pointless not too. As far as the head gasket, cometic gasket is making mine check them out.
