Problem with swapping cams and timing belt >=(
Check to make sure you intalled all your cam caps in the correct order. If you installed them wrong you could have done some serious damage.

They're in order. When I took them off, I put them on a box in the order they have to be on the head.

Check and make sure you don't have the distributor misaligned. As in 180 off. I had someone put one on the opposite way once and it was doing the same thing. Luckily it was a non interferance motor. It was trying to push the distributor out as it was cranking over and made it tough as hell and then once it did, it would skip teeth.
