Problem with steering/suspension
I have a big problem with my steering or suspension in my 94 civic eg hatch. i hope i can describe the problem good in english:
The steering wheel has little bit play and knocks in the middle. When driving and turn the steering wheel then it seams that the car moves 0.5 second later than i turn it. The faster i go the softer feels the steering and it feels more like a boat than a car. so it feels lose and i dont get much feedback from the street.
so i swapped to an ITR steering rack - but this did not solve the problem.
Track rod ends are good. Made Adjustment. But the problem is still exists.
my setup:
D2 Street suspension
ITR steering rack
New Toyo T1R 195/45/16
energy suspension in front arms
MFactory helical lsd

You could have issues with your strut mounts, the strut bearings, the ball joints, in that order of likeliness of it being your issue. I suppose you could have an issue with your axles as well. It could even be a combination of things.
I made a mistake by not saying the inner tierods and outer tierods could be your issue.
Pick up one of these and use it to disconnect the tierod end.
3/4" Forged Ball Joint Separator
It's actually pictured backwards. The part on the bottom goes over the rod and the bottom goes under the knuckle. Then just tighten the bolt and it will push the balljoint off the knuckle.
Then take the tierod and lift it all the way up and let it go. It should hold up high, if not then it's bad. While you're at it, try to push it in and out, if it has a lot of play then it's really bad. It would be wise to check the ball joint for any play, it should be real tight when you try to move it.
If those are still good then the issue is something else.
