Re: suspension help
If the steering feels normal when the car is off, as in normal for when the P.S. isn't working, then the problem is with your P.S. system. If it turns harder than it should when the car is off, then the problem is with another suspension/steering component. Please explain when the squeaking occurs. Is it when the car bounces or when you're turning?

Re: suspension help
So it squeaks continuously any time the wheels are turning? Try to pinpoint where the squeaking is coming from- one side, both sides, in between, front or back, etc.

What size rims/tires and what pressure do you have the tires at? "Stiff" is a matter of opinion. I think Skunk2 coilovers are too stiff, others think they're good.
For squeeks, check your bushings and if there are any poly bushings, they may need some lubricant. If you could find a way to inject the silicone grease in, that may be what you need to do.

Re: suspension help
15 inch rims..i dont think it matters about the size rims...mostly squeaks from driver side....when i replaced the ball joints and control arm it didnt squeak but i left the car in the garage for a amount of time..whne i drove it again then it squeak...just might need some lubrication
