Default Problem starting car

Im starting to have difficutly starting my car...i kinda have to give it gas and hold the rpms steady until it can stay on on its own. almost like lack of or too much gas?? any help

btw car is 99 civic si with b18c5 head, ctr cams, type r IM. new Dizzy, msd spark plug wires and ngk 7 plugs. new fuel filter, same old fuel pump, and injectors <--could it be them

First make sure you have good spark at each plug wire. If you do, check the MAP sensor output voltage at idle after the car has reached normal operating temperature.

sounds like an issues with your iacv. is the car throwing any check engine lights?

Check the coolant temp sensor,I had the same problem with a type R swap into a 2000 Si it was giving a code 6.
