Default problem with piston......from ef form

ok guys..awhile back i say i got oil in the piston on a newly build head and blcok..ok i took off the head and there are track of oil leaking from the valve guides and after that i count the block so all the piston line up and pour coolant in the cylinder to see if the rings hold up. On #1 cylinder the coolant went down in about an hour and a half...#2 about 2hours and half and #3 and #4 about 3 to 4 hours...so what do you guys think is bad..? both or just one?? the block have new eagle rods and vitara piston with new rings...the head ferra valve spring and retainer with .5mm over size valve in the intake and i have the shock replace the exhaust valve with some other brand stainless steal....and now it leaking on that size..the head also pnp.....NEED HELP
