Default problem with gsr swap

first off im a noob to the site, i love it already lots of good threads. with that said i have searched and searched the website for the answer to a question and cannot find it so any help with the answer or a link to the answer will be greatly appreciated.

ok i swapped my 96 gsr motor into my 1992 civic hatch vx. i used the gsr engine wiring harness and left everything else the same, i have everything hooked back up exept two plugs that definetly dont go together but both are leftover so i am at a loss. i have seen alot of post about one plug left over but not two. both cars where running before i swapped the gsr into the hatch i tried turning the car over but got nothing (figured it was worth a try). here are pictures of the two leftover plugs. thanks again

the 6 wire plug is from the car harness and the 3 wire plug is from the engine harness

It's right, but its hard to tell what the sensors are.

Where did the 6 plug harness plug into with the stock motor?

it plugged into the pass side main harness coming off the engine, i believe there are four grouped together. now there is 3 plugs that match on that side but these two obviously dont connect together. thanx

So both plugs that dont plug in are comming off the main harness? or engine harness? i hope its not your chassis harness cause you could just look in your helems/chilton book, you do have one right?

Well right now im wire tucking a obd1 engine harness and under dash harness so when i go home for lunch ill look to see if i have any of the same plugs.

ok ok 1 main plug 1 engine plug...weired
