Default Problem after upgrading fuel system

I NEED SOME HELP PLEASE!!!!! I'm running a b18c5 on 92 civic hatch, I recently upgraded my fuel system (walbro 255lph fuel pump, aeromotive fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator) and now everytime I start the car (when the car is cold) I can't take off immediately because the car will chuck and shutoff, I have to wait for the car to warm up, but even then it doesn't run as good as it did before. Any info will be greatly appreciated thank you in advance.

Sounds like the idle fuel pressure is too low. When the motor is cold and extra air is let in for fast idle, the A/F ratio leans out too much. Try adjusting your FPR for slightly higher idle fuel pressure.
