Today i noticed wen im under 2k rpms my speedometer/gauge lights dim slightly and wen im above 2k there normal...its like off white (dim) to white (normal). Any ideas whats going on or is that normal and i jus now noticed it? thanks..

 

is this when the stereo is bumping? hehe jk

my guess is the alternator.

 

probably is cause wen i have my lights off the battery light flickers. do u think it could be affecting anything performance wise?

 

depends on how much current is being drawn when the cars running. I mean if it IS the stereo, than you might want a bigger alternator....or if you're lining up at the track, jus turn the stereo off. hth
