when my car is revved up the lights get brighter, also the fan goes faster.

does this mean my battery is dying? is ther anything else it could be besides the battery?

 

if your car is a honda, you probably have a problem with the ELD electrical load detector. try a search and see what you come up with

 

if u dont have any check engine light ,check ur alternator might be the nut is loose.or anyything

 

Alternator, you might find some changes in your radio quality just before it goes, everything weakens. Then nothing.

 

i just had my timing belt and all my belts changed...do you think it could have something to do with this?

Had similar problem. With the lights on, sometimes the radio goes dead and the dashboard lights goes dim. Turned out it was just the battery not receiving enough voltage. Just a quick 15 min charge from the local battery dealer was enough to solve the problem.
