I notice that my steering was kinda hard so I opened my hood and there's a leak right above the power steering pump. I took it out and the O ring looks okay. Should I repace it ? Cause when I start the car it just keeps leaking out of there. Or do I need a whole new pump?
Thanks,
Roy

Clean it up & make sure you know just where it's leaking. Maybe it's not the O-ring, maybe the leak is the fitting where the metal tube changes to rubber hose.

It's not the hose. When I filled it up with power steering fluid and started the car fluid was spitting out right by the metal hose that is bolted by the 10mm bolt.
How do I get this O ring off with damaging it?

u actually have the perfect tool to get off that O-Ring.. it's in the back of ur last pic. that hook skinny little hook thingy ma bober..haha, use it to pry into the seem of between the o-ring and metal.....hope that helps...
Get a new O-ring. When you take off the old one, be real careful not to scratch the surfaces where the O-ring seats. Including the inside of the hole in the pump.
I usually try to use something soft to pry out the O-ring. One of my favorites is the end of a nylon wire-tie.

Yeah that hook tool I have seems like its gonna damage the ring. But the end of the wire tie seems interesting

Is the O-Ring known for causing leaks?

New pump - still leaks.
Wow! What else is left but to replace the hose??
What I do know is that the surfaces where the O-ring seats have to be real smooth. A scratch across any of those surfaces is a leak path. Like if you used a screwdriver to remove the old O-ring. Using a knife or small screwdriver can make a scratch, then it'll leak.
Did you use the right O-ring for PS fluid? You didn't just get one from a hardware store, did you? There's about a zillion different flavors of rubber to make them out of, you gotta have the right kind.
PS... Even the plastic wire-tie can damage the O-ring. I like them because they don't damage the metal surfaces.

The wire tie made it nice and easy to take the o-ring off. I got the new pump off another accord that my friend has in his garage with less than 40,000 miles on it.
Could it be my rack & pinion thats fucked up? Or the hose being clogged?

if you want you could disconnect the return line on the ps cannister; put the hose end in a bucket and with engine running and wheels off the ground move the steering wheel form one end to the other if all the fluid comes out then its not clogged. put everything back together and fill it up
Did you torque those bolts to spec?maybe try putting some hondabond in there.

Yes it could.
Seems like you've checked out all the normal suggestions. For the more unusual things I'd rather be looking at your car firsthand, 'cause otherwise I'm just making wild guesses.
I suppose I'd take that hose completely off to make sure it isn't plugged. Then the rack sounds like the next suspect.

I'm gonna disconnect the return line and see what happens tomorrow. I torqued them down too tight that the bolt broke so I wound up replacing the whole pump.
If it's clogged what do I do? Flush it or new hose?
With the hondabond where do I get this at and where Should I apply it around the ring?
Thanks,
Roy

Lookin at the cannister which line is the return line the one thats connected to the pump or the other one?
The return line comes from the steering rack, fluid flows thru this into the reservoir. The pump suction line goes from the bottom(?) of the reservoir and gives fluid to the pump.
If I understand your first post, the one that's leaking is the high-pressure line coming from the pump, flowing towards the rack.

Not clogged. Bled the line and it came through without any problems but is still leaking from the same place
