Default Power steering

I bought a 1987 Honda Accord LX-i with the 2.0 fuel injected motor. So when I bought this car there was a few problems but the car is drive able. I purchased a cv axle because when I turn it clicks and the boot is torn which leaks fluid. I need help with two things, question 1: what is the simplest way to switch out the cv axle and will I have any alignment issues? Question 2: my steering wheel shakes when I drive, could this be due to my cv axle?

Vibration is rooted in the tires, which should be replaced.

So it could be the tires? Seems legit they need to be replaced and balanced anyways, any recommendations on certain affordable tires for LA environment?
