Alright I won't lie I don't really no too much about cars. More than most but not as much as wish I knew. I checked my oil today and noticed that there was quit a bit of pressure built up (air pressure). I let all the air out and checked my oil, little low like always so added a little more, put dipstick back in and pulled it out right after and pressure had already built up. I did do this all with engine running. Please let me know if this is normal or if I should have it checked out before problem gets serious. Car is a 1998 Integra with LS/Vtec engine.

 

You should check your oil only with the engine turned off. I have no idea what this pressure build up you are talking about is. The only reason why there might be pressure is because you checked it with your car running and your pcv valve isn't working.
