Default POS Wont Start

ill try to make this quick. i bought a 93 civic ex that sucked up water, swapped in a d15b7 i had just pulled from my brothers car to swap in a gsr. got my motor in, car wont start. crank, but no fire. i dont seem to be getting spark, and the fuel pump wont click on. the fuel pump worked when i parked the car. ive tried 3 dizzy's, 2 ECU's, 2 main relays, and new spark plugs/wires. as far as i can tell, all fuses seem to be ok. this is getting really aggrivating. any ideas are appreciated as im sick and tired of seeing this car in my garage on jack stands.

double checked and sanded down all the grounds and reset the ECU....i finally hear the fuel pump coming on now and ive got spark now. but at this point when i try to start it, it will crank, but it doesnt sound right, like not normal, kinda jerky almost like its out of time. but i didnt mess with anything other than the dizzy between pulling it from my brothers car and putting it in mine...so maybe something to do with ignition timing (which ive moved the dizzy everywhere and nothing), but cam timing shouldnt have changed at all...

CHECK YOUR SPARK PLUG WIRES, IF YOU MISSED WITH THAT, YOU MIGHT HAVE MOVED ONE TO THE WRONG POSITION.

with an ohm meter what else, it's hella easy, all the info you need is in the repair book, if you don't have one, go buy one it will help you out alot

ok, so i got it started. however, the idle goes up and down between 1k-2k rpms.

i also figured out that the throttle body on it is off of an automatic and was told they are different. is this true? should i put a 5spd TB on? replace the IACV? both?

and what is the (i think its white) sensor on the back of the intake manifold closest to the driver side?
