ported header with stock head?

ported header with stock head?

Am i going to see anything above what the normal header of the type im buying would give me?

or

Is this going to bog down the exhaust with the ported openings on the header with the stock ports on the head.

im hoping it will just be no different for now and somewhere down the line when i port my head i will benefit from it
