PORT AND POLISH TUNE QUESTION???

I just got my head back for my h22a i got skunk2 valves, valve springs and retainers, 5 angle valve job and a port and polish.
i put the head on with a new oem head gasket and ARP head studs.
i had to adjust all the valves to get it to run. once i got it to run it idled and revved just fine. i let it run long enough to warm up and fill with antifreeze (30-45min) i made sure it wasnt going to try to get hot or anything.
when i took it for a test run it felt like it pulled a lot better than before, but when i let off the gas to let it idle down it died and it wouldnt start back up unless i was giving it gas.
my question is with all of the following mods could it have thrown my a/f ratio off so bad that it wont idle???

wow cam gear?he has 2 gears!
have u had the s300 tuned yet? what kinda base map are u running off of?do you have a laptop?if so why not logg it and see whats going on.
