LSvtec Head stud and gsr headstuds are the same. They have the same part number from ARP.

Kingmotorsports sell brand new Type R oil/water pumps. Or you can get them from discounted Acura parts websites. Use cometic headgasket for assured head/block seal.

And no, they dont sell kits. You have to find the parts yourself. Good luck. If you need any help, feel free to pm me.

Poor man's type r, you'll need type r pistons too. you're better off buying jdm ctr pistons for best power output.

I think he's better off with JDM ITR pistons. They dont have the massive dome that CTRs do(poor flame front travel) and ITRs are lighter, plus he wont have to worry so much about valve clearance issues.

CTR=1.210" comp. height, 0.253" dome
327 gram weight

ITR= 1.190" comp height 0.070" dome
310 gram weight

With his setup, with JDM ITR's and a stock 3 layer B series HG, he'll get 11.1:1 comp. With CTR's he'll end up with 11.7:1. With a single layer B HG, he'll get 12.4:1 with CTR's. He'll spend most of his money on tuning it to keep it out of knock and wont have to feed it 100 octane fuel. Just my two bits...

I was going to go with ITR pistons anyways and replace the rods and bearings but there shouldn't been any valve clearence issues with that correct?
