A lot of people have these bushings. Full kits are fairly cheap, but the install for some of the bushings is just not worth the benefit unless it's a serious track car. I've seen shops quote $700 for labor to install a full kit.

The point is to firm up the feel of the suspension. The downside is they can be sqeaky if not greased, and of course the install. In my opinion, replace worn stock bushings with them, but I wouldn't go out of my way to use them if the stock bushing is in okay shape.
