depends how bad they are torn, the poly will hold the mount together, but i would suggest gettin new mounts first

yeah...they are completely torn on both side and I can't find these mounts locally (non US).... which is hard to believe since every other blasted car on the road is a civic !

Fill them in with polyurethane sealer.

And what ? toss out my poly inserts ?

Won't the mounts with the 3m be ultra stiff ? That's what I've experienced in the past (not my car)
