Default point me in the right direction

im looking to buy a insert for my lower torque mounts (i think thats what they are called) also if i could get a complete kit i would like mount inserts too. POint me to te right place, did a search but was unsure if the mounts in a regular 92-95 civic were the same ones used for my b16,

are the regular 92-95 mounts the same as b16 mounts if i even have b16 mounts, not sure help me please.
i looked at prothane and energy suspension but like i said i was unsure if they are the same mounts. thx
