Default plz help: hesitation problem

when i get on the throttle, the car jerks/bogs (almost like a misfire) then pulls normally. i notice it more in lower rpms but the hiccup is there in all gears no matter what rpm im in when i step on the gas. Here are the things i have checked over the last few weeks.

-TPS sensor ok and within voltages
-tb is clean (adjusted throttle stop screw, idle screw->all ok)
-New spark plugs, checked ignition wires (even swapped with oem wires)
-new cap and rotor
-New knock sensor (old one broke loose at the connector)
-rebuilt distributer (also tried swapping distributers with a friend)
-tried swapping vacuum boxes but to no avail
-checked cat-> ok
-adjusted the fuel (bumped up the pressure then dropped it down)
-adjusted timing (advanced/retarded)

now i'm thinking it's maybe my 02 sensor but the sweep on my air/fuel gauge is responsive so maybe it's not. what else can i check? this problem is really annoying.. thanks!

My car did that....I didn't have the O2 sensor signal wire grounded on one leg.
