ok on my b16 there are 3 sensors by the oil filter, a knock and two other ones( one with one metal prong) and the other with 2 prongs from what i remember the single pronged sensor is the oil senser but what is the other????

from what it sounds like you probably have a older 1st gen b16.if thats the case I pretty sure the sensor is your thermoswitch.which activates your radiator fan.

 

ohhhhhh, thanks soo much lol i couldnt figure it out all night, so im guessing on new motors like a b18b this is on thermostat housing?
