Default Please help me identify valvesprings

We just pulled the valve cover and oil pan on a friend's Ls vtec motor, the bottom end is built like it is supposed to be, but the head has something that I could not identify..... Orange Valvesprings, they do not look like dual valvesprings either. Just trying to figure out if anyone knows what they are because he wants to upgrade them if it isnt anything that has already been upgraded like it was supposed to be.
