Please help -Electrical problem
My friend just installed a 190 lph walbro fuel pump in my hatch b/c it wouldn't start, anyway it turned out it was the main relay causing it not to start. We took a main relay out of a CRX, same year as my hatch ( 91 ) and installed it in my hatch. OK, theres the background info, now the problem.
Whenever I go full throttle the car hesitates and bogs VERY BADLY!!. Also, when the car does this, the VAFC and radio reset itself, it's like the car turned off but the motor never turned off, just the radio and the VAFC totally reset all while the car is bucking and hesitating!! it's very hard to explain.
the dizzy is fine
the battery terminals are connected fine
The car was totally fine before the fuel pump and main relay were replaced so I know it's somehow related to one of those two things. any thoughts??? sorry for the long post

Re: Please help -Electrical problem (roadawg)
It only does this at wide open throttle or high RPM.
I am totally confused, I might have to bring it to a mechanic, but that's what HT is for instead!!!

make sure your battery terminals are not being weird/
also make sure the screw terminals on the left side of the engine bay fusebox are tight or even working. this is whut supplies all the power to the harness.
