Okay my setup is a b18c5 w/ budddy club spec 4 cams and supertec valve springs. I,H,E....all the usual for a modded honda. I also have a b&m fpr.

I was driving from SC to Fla and about 2 hrs away my car wont go over 70. Then i let it drop dwn to 60 and it wont go over 60. I pulled over and it cut off and now wont fire up.
It threw a code 22(running too rich or lean), a code 45(vtec pressure valve) and it already had a code 65(secondary o2 sensor) but thats due to my test pipe and have never had problems from it.
The fuel pump primes and i sware the starter is clicking....it kinda makes a whinney noise......I pulled the plugs and theres oil on them so I changed them. Not too sure if that has anything to do with it but it was worth a shot. Plugs were black so that proves the car was running rich.
Could this seize up the engine? Any info would be appreciated.

update: crank turns so the motor is not siezed...
