Default please help , bad axle or............

2 days ago I was driving and started hearing and feeling a nast thump thump thump coming from my frontt end , I feel it in the sterring wheel and I guess the whole car kinda vibrates pretty bad too , I did a search and heres what I understood from what i read , if the outer joints are bad then you hear clicking when your turning ( mine dont click when they are turning in either direction ) and your inner joints are bad you get a bad vibration while accelarating and braking , which is pretty much describes what i am getting , should i just replace my inner joints or do you guys think it could be something else????please help

Be sure of what you're replacing. A warped brake rotor will do what you're describing as well, but the nature of the beast will change when you brake. A burned OEM Honda constant velocity joint will nearly always be accompanied by a torn CV boot.

it does it while braking from high speeds and accelerating

A vibration braking is usually caused by warped rotors or drums. Sometimes a buildup of rust on the rear hubs can cause a problem on Civics. A vibration while accelerating is usually a bad inner CV joint.
