Default Please Help

Hi Guys Please help

I have a 2007 CRV and I was trying to install a radio using the pinout found on the net but seems that the wiring is different

This is what has happened

The car starts and goes perfectly no problems or warning lights

But when it is off the central locking, alarm, trunck doesnt open until the ignition is on what the hell

The interior lights do work and I can lock the car manually

Please help urgently

Thanks

Where did you get the pinout from? I wonder if the stock radio has something inside that controls all of that without the key? Make sense.

Did any wires touch metal while the car was on, or ignition on? I think its just the radio itself.

In all likelihood the radio is a module on the Controller Area Network grid. Removing it caused a disruption in communications between the nodes. Some aftermarket radios allow for communication, but most do not.

The link you posted is not a wiring diagram. Those are just connector pin outs. I suggest going to AllData DIY and buying a wiring diagram for your vehicle in order to properly troubleshoot this issue.

If you know of others with your similar vehicle and year, you can ask them what brand of radio they used....
