Default Pitted Valves and Seats

Hey everyone, looking for some opinions. Rebuilding a B18B1 and the valves and head are rather pitted at the seat. Should I just not worry? Looks like it could affect the sealing. Trying to go the budget route. Would rather not get the valve job and new valves if I don't have to. Thanks for the advice.

Thats nothing . A little bit of valve grinding compound and some elbow grease will clean that right up .
