Default piston and rods question please help!

i was wondering if i get eagle rods and a different type of pistons would it affect anything power wise?

If you change the compression ratio then, yes, that will affect power.

higher compression on NA "may" mean more power, rods are more for integrity if you boost or push you motor hard

12:1 is quite a bit for any engine especially on pump gas, and if you're going to bottle feed it at that compression, you better have your ignition timing on complete lockdown or you'll have a giant aluminum paperweight, regardless of how much HP it's jetted for or what kind of rods you use.
