Default Piston/Rod Order

Well I am rebuilding my LS block and I had the pistons sitting on my workbench when my wife came out and moved them so she could do some work. Now mind you I had just set them in order before numbering them and had to run to work. Well she moved them out of order. Will it be ok to put back together without being in the same cylinder they came out of? They are getting new rings and bearing and the block is getting honed.
