hey i was putting my block together but i forgot wich way the pistons go if the arrow goes towards the flywheel or crank and also there is some type of c spacer that goes on the crank with two slots in them and i dont know where that goes either.

 

The arrows point toward the front of the engine (the crank pulley side), and the thrust washers are quite important. If it doesn't seem quite obvious to you where they go, then you shouldn't be building motors. No offense, but if I were you, I'd have a professional finish the build.

 

ok but i only have 1 is there supposed to have 1 or 2 thanks for the help

 

2 ,one for each side of the crank.At least get a manual if you don't know what your doing.Search around,there are free downloadable ones at various honda sites.

ok i found it, it goes right by the 3 piston it holds the crank from rocking back and forward now i need to know wich way does the groves on the washers go facing out or facing in thanks for the help

 

Grooves face the crank.Flat sides go against the block.
