just get a high-flow magnaflow cat. I got one and am very happy with it. NO cel's and nice flow. I got mine for 100 installed with a 02 bung made in it for my 02 sensor. Dont get a test pipe, this is CA.Not worth it plus your exhaust will sound like crap.

yeah, leave you cat in. especially if you live in cali, and i didnt know that honda's had HEADER"S. maybe go to 2.5 inch tubing to get a little more flow. have a resonator in there also, will sound choice!

then a high flow cat will be better then a regular cat. if you have crappy sound. look into what brand of muffler you have. might have to spend alittle more then what you want. if thats what you are going for. look at the tanabe, spoon, greddy. there is others, but i know that those axle back systems make good power and sound good.

if you want more power without the crappy sound, get an aftermarket cat.

I replaced my test pipe with a cat and it went from annoying rasp to 100% stock sound with 2.5" piping and a single straight through muffler.
