Default performance chip

i have a 1995 honda accord with a f22 VTEC motor and im looking for a performance chip or a programmer can anyone point me in the direction of a good one? and i was looking around and i found this does anyone know anything about it?

i think 5 minutes on google would give you enough information to keep you busy for weeks learning about engine management

the link you've posted is for a $70 "chip" that is nothing other than a $5 rheostat (variable resistor) with a black plastic case.

this explains how to set one up for yourself.
