will the car not start with out a PCV valve??

hmm... then i wonder why my car isn't starting... is it possible that if the vacuums aren't hookd up properly that it would cause the vehicle not to start? because i cannot figure out what it is, im gettin spark and alll the fuel is running through the enginee, the car turnsover and seems like its wanting to start... hmmm i don't knoww anyone have any idea?

well it originally had the b18a but we pulled that out and dropped it in my brothers ef and now im putting a b18b in it which is a obd1 but everything has been converted to obd0 injectors, intake mani, wire harness, and distributor. im sorry i forgot to mention that it is a 91 integra, there are also one or two hoses im not sure on where they connect

everything should be fine, because before i swapped the engine into the teg it was in my eg and it was running fine, although it would stop at 3000rpm as if it had a rev limiter but i dont know if that ahs to do with anything?

i dont know what the 2 first pictures are but in the last picture, the left most circle is the Fast Idle Thermo Valve (FITV). that nipple needs a coolant source. the other 2 circles on the same pic are the Idle Air Control Valve (IACV). that also needs a coolant source. i believe the IACV goes to the thermostat housing.

on the first pic i need to kno where all those vacuum lines connect and on the second pic i dont kno where that hose connects to and on the third pic there was nowhere else i could connect the second circled problem
