Default Passing smog

I have an 98 Integra GSR with DC intake, headers, exhaust...i know those pass smog since it is carb exempt...but what about a Jun flywheel and CTR cams? I heard flywheel doesnt make a difference and for the CTR cams, the lower lobe is the same as stock so I shouldnt need to worry...am I right? Will all this pass the Smog 2 in Cali? Thanks

Default Re: Passing smog (benno)

if it is the same specs on the low cam as the stock unit. it should pass. 15mph and 25 mph rpm stay about 1.8k to 2.0k.
