Passing Emissions w/ bad O2?

Passing Emissions w/ bad O2?
If I have a O2 that might be going bad, as long as the check engine light doesn't come on when I take emissions will I pass? I am also going to be adding some type of additive to pass I haven't decided what I additive yet I was thinking G2P?
I missed HC by only 20 ppm
