part number for gm syncromesh

did a search put couldnt find anything, im lookin for the part number for the gm syncromesh tranny fluid, its the one that ends w/ a 16, and also, do they really help w/ getting rid of grindes, my 3rd gear just start grinding in high rpms, thanx

The one i got says:
For use in manual transaxle and transmissions requiring gm part no 12345349 or 12345577 and chrysler part no 4874464
Meets gm spec 9985648 and chrisler spec MS9224
dunno about ending with 16 tho...
