It'll be fine, but won't yeild as much power as if it were tuned with a vafc

i would try to get a p72 ecu instead if at all possible.
or get that p30 chipped

P30 is from the B16 I think, P72 is from the GSR(butterfly manifold, different VTEC engagement).

A P30 looks for a knock sensor, which you do not have with a B18b block. You might want to consider a chipped P28 for best results.
