Default p28 ecu with b16a2??

Need some help here people.....A friend of mine purchased a 93 Civic with a b16a2 along with I/H/E running on a Turbo OBD1 GSR ecu (Don't ask me thats how its labeled) Anyhow its running really rich and I was wondering since it already has an OBD1 ecu could a chipped p28 work with it if not better?? Anyway I could find out b4 purchasing a P28??

yes a chipped P28 with a mild program should be much better then what he has (at least from the description you gave), check my sig . or if the P72 is socketed he can simply just buy chips (check sig again)

if it was plugging into the gsr obd1 ecu, and the motor is obd1 then yes of course
