p28 ecu

I here so much about the p28 ecu. What supposedly makes it better than the rest of the ecus? Thanks in advance!

Yes. It is originally a D Series ecu though, coming from a 92-95 Civic EX. You would need to rechip rev limiter for most B Series applications.
