Default p28 ECU Tuning ?

Ok guys.... I hope you could help me.

I recently purchased an obd1 b16 with:
11:1 Comp. Ratio
CTR pistons
CTR cams
CTR bushings, valves, spring, and retainers

My question is that I have a p28 ecu and I wanted to know where I could get a chip or if I should just get a VAFC to get it tuned right?

Please help. Dying to hear V-Tec roar

If you're not comfortable chipping it yourself, you can send it out to someplace like http://www.phearable.net or http://www.kenji211.com.

Then you can tune it (or have it tuned) with a free application such as Crome or Uberdata.
