Default Overheating problems....

MY gsr keeps overheating when I drive with the a/c on, then I have to change the thermostat. Then with the a/c kept off with a new thermostat, car is fine. Ive changed it three times already. I've taken it to acura and they said I need a new cooling fan motor. Got that and it still does it???I'm going to change the thermostat one more time before I take it back to them. They also said the thermostat was closed before. How does it close? Does anyone know? Thanks.

The thermostat shouldn't much to do with the cooling system if it only over heats with your A/C on.

Sounds to me like your A/C fan and/or your primary cooling fan is not turning on.

Jump the connector and see if it turns on.

What kind of radiator do you have? Maybe it's time to upgrade that.
