Ok, tried the Integra forum, but I guess everyone is running cool and doesn't care to help me all too much. Any input is appreciated.
The car will only overheat sitting at idle for extended periods of time or when I drive it hard in hot temperatures. Added Info: The temp needle will rise from the half way point to 3/4 of the sweep on the temp gauge, if I drive the car slightly hard and do not turn on the heater full blast. The overflow bottle will fill up, causing me to have to pour the coolant baCK INTO the radiator every so often. Random cooling hoses are busting at random times, usually the size of the tip on a ball point pen. Here's a list of things I've replaced:
*Water Pump/Timing belt Service
*Both Radiator Hoses replaced
*2 small cooling lines that connect from the head to the cooling pipe, which runs from the thermostat to the water pump, replaced
*Flushed the cooling system numerous times
*Replaced the radiator 2 times in 25,000 miles, since a mechanic said my oem replacement was insufficient for the car. Both radiators perform equally, so that was a waste.
*Thermostat chaged 2 times, due to the same mechaninc insisting I incorrectly installed it and ruined the gasket.
*A/C and Condenser was removed in hopes of cooling the motor better
*Radiator cap changed 2 times, current one has 800 miles on it.
*Overflow bottle and cap changed 1000 miles ago
*Leakdown test turned up negative
*Compression averages 175 throughout 4 cylinders
*290,000 miles on 94 DB8 Sedan, original b18c1 motor and tranny
I pretty much have to run my heater after 30 mins of typical LA afternoon driving
Can anyone suggest anything else I can do?

yeah, thats the last part to change...yet overheating is the only sign of a blown headgasket. No coolant/oil mix, no white smoke, no coolant loss, leakdown/block test turned out fine.
I thought the same thing too, but I notice my head was actaully leaking coolant underneath the timing belt cover. It wasn't anything major, but it was wet and when it heated up it would bubble out a little. I would check around your head for signs of leaking.
once i unplugged my fan to reach a further area in the engine bay. i forgot to plug it back in. then when driving around the stop it would over heat. cheack them plug. plugged it in and worked. also check the head

Radiator fan kicks in, AC fan is gone since I removed the AC. No apparent leaks. Checked behind the timing belt area. I'm not losing coolant, whatever I pour from the reservoir is what I poured to begin with. But My hoses are randomly busting....The most recent victim: Heater core inlet hose.

Done both....How would timing affect the cooling of a car?

its your headgasket. If there is bubles going into the overflow bottle more than likely its your head gasket. Better fix this problem before you crack your sleeves.
One way to see, is when the car is alittle past the half way mark reve the engine in park and see if there is bubble forming in the overflow. It can also be ur radiator getting clogged up switch that first to see.
Run the car for a day or two with out the thermostat and see if that keeps the car coool if not than you have a exhaust leak through your head gasket if your radiator is good. probably get flame for this but its one way i use to figure out my cooling. Without the thermostat the engine shouldn't even reach the half way mark.
My explaining is bad in words and don't make sense but i can show and explain things better in person so someone can also help clarify some things to him.

Funny thing is, I pretty much understand what you're trying to say. I'll remove the thermostat tomorrow. Take it from there. I figure it had to me the head gasket....Changed every damn thing, even went to a fluidyne radiator...

I also upgraded to a fluidyne radiator with no luck!
