Default overheating and cant figure why

I have an ls vtec turbo and my car will not stop over heating i have put 3 thermostats in it and a new water pump. If i take the thermostat out it dosent get hot enough to run right (150) and gets to 250 with one in, i took one apart to get flow with a restriction hopeing this would fix it but it didnt what could be my problem.

With the thermostat in are you getting good heat? If not, you got an air bubble, put a flushing tee in the uppermost part of the heater hose and leave the flushing cap off while you fill the rad.

are you losing water in the radiator? if you have no air bubbles, no leaks and the fan is working with new thermostat and water pump then maybe either your radiator is clogged and the water cant circulate (happened to me once) and just burning off in the radiator or your head may be cracked and losing water there.. try opening the oil filler cap to see if water is mixing in the head (white residue around cap) or check your oil dip stick to see if there is water in the oil.

Fan works no water in oil and not burning throught exhaust, i havent messed with it to try the air pocket deal yet but i can take the cap off and see that the water is circulating my bottom rad hose dosent get as hot as top so it might just not be circulating properly
