overheating problem!!

Default overheating problem!!

ok my boy got a ls and everytime he run it for like a minute it overheat!! the top hose from the radiator is really hot but the bottom is cold what can it be??thanks for the help!

it could be that the water pump is out, maybe the thermostat is sticking, or if he did a coolant flush, maybe he didnt bleed it long enough. should take about 30 mins just to be on the safe side so their isnt any air pockets in the cooling system. but id try with the thermostat first, then bleeding and then the water pump.

listen to the kitty I would do it in the same order. Make sure you get ALL the bubbles out when bleed it

ok thank! i already did the thermostat and bleed so it got to be the water pump!!

X2 is the fan working? My friend had same problem, got a new radiator and it went away.
