overboost / vapor lock?

overboost / vapor lock?
Just got my motor back from shop and I put all my new turbo parts on and as soon as I hit boost the car overboosts and if I keep on the gas it acts like a fuel cut off. I have a 8 pound spring with a 38mm tial wastegate. All my lines are connected correctly so Idk what to do. Please help. Thanks
