i have a b16b in my hatch... im thinking of buying a usdm type r b18c5 bottom end and was wondering how much my b16b bottom end is worth? i bought it from tokyo speed pros, pete said it had 35k on it.. since then i have put 2k on it. compression tested Cyl.1:135, 2:125, 3: 115, 4:135psi... thanks for the info... my buddy is trying to offer me $500 for it, and another buddy tells me he is trying to lowball.

 

compression test results seem weak....#3 especially

B16B head is essentially a ITR head with slightly different cams. If its in mint condition and complete, mint condition could sell for about 1500$.... but that **** better be like new. Id say at least 800$.

 

im talking about just selling the short block
